MvmntCollectives
A community-driven running platform connecting NYC runners with local clubs and events.
I’m a software engineer who codes with equal parts purpose and creativity. My career began in IT, where I wrote SQL queries, tamed TCP/IP networking protocols, managed Active Directory, and kept virtual machines humming.
Curiosity about how software could transform an organization’s productivity pulled me deeper into development. In 2019, I joined Pursuit, a full-stack web development fellowship where I built my first web apps, led study sessions, and mentored other developers. That experience cemented my love for creating tools that help people.
I went on to work at Thorn, where I built high-impact web applications to protect children from online sexual abuse and exploitation—some of the most meaningful work of my career.
Most recently, I co-founded MvmntCollectives, a community-driven running platform connecting NYC runners with local clubs and events. From backend APIs and database design to AWS deployments and sleek frontends, I’ve been hands-on in every step—shipping features, optimizing performance, and shaping the product based on real user feedback.
Outside of coding, you’ll probably find me weight lifting, snowboarding, sipping on good coffee, or enjoying the greatoutdoors
